Step into a world where spreadsheets and psychology meet…
For over 20 years Rose carved a niche in the labyrinth of accounting, finance, and business strategy. Her journey took her through the maze of public accounting, government auditing, defense contracting, and consulting for engineering firms that catered to clients from federal to city business. She excelled at the rhythm of finance and the language of business in a very high-stress environment.
Out of this Rose realized two things:
1. she has a deep fascination with psychology and human behavior
2. that what she truly took from her career wasn’t just financial expertise—it was an understanding of people. She studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and learned how to recognize patterns, not just in business but in human behavior, in relationships, and in the ways people react to life—both for better and for worse.
As a result, Rose changed her career path:
- In 2022, Rose studied with David Bayer to become a Mindset Facilitator Coach.
- In March 2024 she completed Jack Canfield's 1-year program called The Success Principles and is now certified as a Jack Canfield Trainer of The Success Principles
- In April 2024 Rose enrolled in a course to be certified in the techniques of Somatica.
Today, Rose teaches people how to develop positive mindset, mental toughness and resilience.
