What is the Aligned Life 10 Week Mental Toughness Challenge?

This challenge is a follow-on to the Aligned Life 6 Week Mindset Mastermind.  It is intended to put into practice what you have learned and to test your abilities. (the Aligned Life 6 Week Mindset Mastermind is a pre-requisite for this 10 week challenge)

This program starts with a 3-day, intensive immersion called Holistic Recovery from Burnout & Depression.  After the immersion, you will have weekly lessons, materials and plans, combined with live, weekly check-ins and live Q&A sessions with Rose Barr. 

The Challenge is a group program which means you will be part of a small community of participants. You’ll gain exclusive access to the full 120-day transformation experience, with a supportive community of like-minded individuals.  A 4-month membership is included. If you choose, continue your journey after the program and stay connected to a thriving community that keeps you accountable and inspired for as long as you need.
